Phil has served as pastor at Trissels since 1997. This follows pastorates at Mountain View Mennonite Church
of Virginia, Chestnut Ridge Mennonite Church of Ohio, and Lanesvilles Mennonite Church of West Virginia.
Married to Janine Mininger, they are parents of two teenagers, Marsha and Joshua. For hobbies, Phil enjoys
reading, hiking, and photography.

As a missionary child, Rebecca gained an early appreciation for the fellowship and outreach of the church. She
and her husband, Jay, value the energy and vision of youth and young adults and the seasoned wisdom of older folks.
Together, they parent four teenagers, Ryland, Margaret, David and Daniel. Rebecca enjoys landscaping, gardening,
exercising, and learning.
